The 2012-13 Supreme Court term will be most remembered for its decisions relating to civil rights issues in areas including voting rights, affirmative action, marriage equality, and employment discrimination. The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law was particularly active this term by serving as counsel in Shelby County v. Holder and Arizona v. ITCA and as amicus in several cases. We invite you to join the Lawyers’ Committee and a group of Supreme Court experts to discuss these historic decisions and their impact.
